Module 2: Environment Profiles
Learn how to take the contextual analysis and develop scenarios and perspective of the user environment.
Module 3: User Profiles
Learn how to create user groups and personas that are useful for developers to use as a guide.
Module 4: Red Routes
Learn how to take the primary persona and work through their needs, tasks and goals by prioritising them.
Module 5: User Experience
Learn the process to create the interaction and evaluate the usability.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: My rate is £50 Per Hour and each of the 3 classes I offer include 5 modules. A module takes approximately 1 hour, so the total cost of the all modules is £220 (£30 Discount).
Q: What do I need to take part?
A: You will need a video capable device using either Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Facebook or Google.
Q: How do the classes run?
A: All classes are online with some screen sharing required and will come with a free slide deck and practical activities to take away.
Q: When do classes take place?
A: Classes take place usually between 10am and 9pm GMT Monday to Saturday, although I can make exceptions..
Q: What if I can't make a class?
A: As long as 1 day notice is given there should be no problem.
Q: Are there any exames?
A: There are many exams and qualifications and I can provide you with any exam advice.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payments can be made by PayPal, Credit Card or by special arrangement.
