I analyse an IDEA and see how to balance business and customer / user requirements.
I plan the strategy and research steps that will enhance crucial business KPIs; Increase Revenue, Decrease Costs, Gain New Customers, Retain Existing Customers, Increase Shareholder Value.
DESIGN
I collaborate on ideas and see how teams can DESIGN something that fulfills customer / user requirements.
I work on the design with teams and try to validate all of the assumptions up front.
I plan workshops and design sprints that produce valuable insight and help teams understand what they are working on.
TEST
I TEST ideas with users / customers and see how effective, efficient and satisfactory the design is.
I help teams learn how valuable insights can refine the design and create a better experience next time round.
I plan participant recruitment and usablity testing processes that produce valuable insight, helping teams understand what needs to be changed.
LEARN
I help teams LEARN how to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of the design with users / customers.
I help teams work together to refine the design and create a better experience to prevent any scope creep developing later in the project.
