In this structured course of instructor-led 121 workshops, you will cover the syllabus for the BCS Foundation Certificate in User Experience.
Classes are 121 via video online. Combined with practical projects, the course has been designed to ensure you get a full knowledge of user experience techniques, tools and processes.
Via interactive activities and presentations, you will learn how to identify user needs, create a description of users and their goals, build information architecture, design interactions, prototype and run usability tests. Everything you need to be fully prepared for the exam.

A: You will need a video capable device using either Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Facebook or Google.
Q: How does the course run?
A: The course comprises of 6 x 2hr workshops, delivered live and instructor-led over video. Each session is split into 2 x 1hr periods with a 15min break.
Q: When do sessions take place?
A: To fit in with your working day, sessions can take place 2 days per week over 3 weeks.
Q: What if I can't make a session?
A: As long as 1 day notice is given there should be no problem.
Q: Are there any exames?
A: This course is aimed at the exam.
